Map if Israel in the time of the Judges. A more accurate name for the book might have been "Warlords." Dr. Jeremy Smoak has us translating enough Hebrew text to make me feel like I'm a character in a Chaim Potok novel. I'm still having fun.

Workspace revisited

I inspired by Jason Fitzpatrick's Lifehacker post over the weekend, I got serious about making my workspace more conducive to... well, work. We'll see how the new setup holds up over the Summer (as I'm continuing to take study full-time). If you're feeling particularly nerdy and voyeuristic, you can check out the flickr group devoted to showing off streamlined workspaces (where you can see more detailed pics and descriptions of the junk on my desk).

Two weeks and 20 pages later, I'm finished with my last major paper project for the Spring quarter. Ahh...
