The Filter

We live in a time of exponentially rising information.

Whether that information is useful or mere noise getting in the way depends on the filter of one's mind.

In this context, the value of higher education is not primarily in the delivery of information, but in the development of the character, capacity, and capability of the filter.

The information is everywhere but without the filter you still won't find it.
